Community Highlights

Located in Westminster’s Downtown, neighborhood amenities include many dining and shopping options along with being within walking distance to the RTD Bus Rapid Transit (“BRT”) station at Sheridan and Highway 36. Residents will receive transit passes and additional transportation assistance to help support mobility and access throughout the community.
